Stamford Marque set a new standard for residential living in the city of Sydney. Located in the city's most desirable residential precinct of Northern Kent Street, Stamford Marque featured 83 luxury residential apartments over 30 levels.
Each apartment holds either panoramic Harbour views, views of the Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge or the CBD. In addition, it is just a short stroll from the heart of the city of Sydney and is moments away from cafes and restaurants, the historic Miller's Point precinct and Observatory Hill Park.
Stamford Marque was designed by architects Kann Finch Group and interior designers Burley Katon Halliday. All of the apartments of Stamford Marque featured high quality and beautifully appointed finishes with close attention to detail paid to the design of the apartment floor plans.
Apart from its indoor heated swimming pool and health club, the 4 bedroom penthouse apartments featured their own roof top heated swimming pools. One other key feature of Stamford Marque was the 10 level basement car parks with 2 "ride in" car lifts.
Stamford Marque was completed in late 2006 and sold out in mid 2007.
